Induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSC) hold promise for research in regenerative medicine, drug screening and discovery, and advanced therapeutic medicinal products. However, there is no one iPSC-derived organ-like model that fits all solutions. In this talk, we discuss the pros and cons of different models and provide potential solutions to complex disease modelling for cardiac injury and regeneration.
