Neutralizing antibodies (NAb) are a specific type of ADA that reduce the therapeutic effect by interfering with the drug-target interaction, thereby neutralizing drug’s efficacy, and causing unwanted adverse effects. Thus, it is crucial to detect the levels of NAb in serum of patients.
